- Join Chef Claudia and Roberto for an authentic Italian cooking experience! In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make (1) Manicotti with spinach and ricotta, Bechamel, (2) Salmon rose made with puff pastry, cream cheese, smoked salmon baked in the oven
This class is designed for all skill levels and will be a hands-on experience, as well as a relaxing social setting. We start the class getting to know each other while tasting our famous Pinsa Romana. In the next 2 hours, you'll turn the simple ingredients into two amazing and delicious dishes! Following the last hour of the class, we sit down and enjoy our creations, (BYO Wine/beer welcome), no need to be guilt if there is no leftover to take home!
