Class starts with complimentary bites of focaccia then we learn how to make two dishes: (1) Ravioli with Ricotta and Spinach in Parmigiano Reggiano Fondue, (2) Fettuccine Alfredo. Wrap up the class with Italian Butter Cookies on the house.

About the event
Join Chef Claudia and Roberto for an authentic Italian cooking experience! In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make (1) Ravioli Ricotta and Spinach with Parmigiano Reggiano Fondue, and (2) Fettuccine with Alfredo Sauce from scratch.
This class is designed for all skill levels and will be a hands-on experience, as well as a relaxing social setting. We start the class getting to know each other while tasting our famous Pinsa Romana. In the next 2 hours, you'll turn the simple ingredients into two amazing and delicious dishes! Following the last hour of the class, we sit down and enjoy our creations, (BYO Wine/beer welcome), no need to be guilt if there is no leftover to take home!
