About the event
Join Chef Claudia and Roberto for an authentic Italian cooking experience! In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make  (1) Fettuccine with  the real Alfredo sauce , (2)Gnocchetti sardi "Mallureddu" with tomato sauce  made with semolina flour and water,Â
This class is designed for all skill levels and will be a hands-on experience, as well as a relaxing social setting. We start the class getting to know each other while tasting our famous Pinsa Romana. In the next 2 hours, you'll turn the simple ingredients into two amazing and delicious dishes! Following the last hour of the class, we sit down and enjoy our creations, (BYO Wine/beer welcome), no need to be guilt if there is no leftover to take home!Â
