Pizza and Pizzette

Join Chef Claudia and Roberto for an authentic Italian cooking experience! In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make (1) Pizza in teglia, and (2) Pizzette assortite(Mini pizza)

We prepare the pizza dough in advance and the participant have to shape and prepare the pizza, after we'll bake and eat the pizza. You will then prepare another dough from scratch during class to take home.

 Wrap up the class with Italian Butter Cookies on the house. 

This class is designed for all skill levels and will be a hands-on experience, as well as a relaxing social setting. In the next 2 hours, you'll turn the simple ingredients into two amazing and delicious dishes! Following the last hour of the class, we sit down and enjoy our creations, (BYO Wine/beer welcome), no need to be guilt if there is no leftover to take home!
