About the event
Join Chef Claudia and Roberto for an authentic Italian cooking experience! In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make (1) Gnudi toscani (Ricotta and spinach Gnocchi in Butter and sage ) , and (2) Pici all'aglione (Pici all'aglione is a traditional Italian pasta dish of thick, hand-rolled pasta coated in a flavorful garlic tomato sauce. The name comes from the term "appiciare," which refers to the traditional manual technique used to form the pasta.)
This class is designed for all skill levels and will be a hands-on experience, as well as a relaxing social setting. We start the class getting to know each other while tasting our focaccia. In the next 2 hours, you'll turn the simple ingredients into two amazing and delicious dishes! Following the last hour of the class, we sit down and enjoy our creations, (BYO Wine/beer welcome), no need to be guilt if there is no leftover to take home!Â
